I can't believe I've finally found a place where it is enjoyable to get fit and strong. Sasha and team are delightful! After only a few weeks of starting I noticed incredible differences in the way I move - freer and stronger. Just what I needed! Keep up the fantastic work. Love it!
Classes with Sasha are absolutely AMAZING and the studio is GORGEOUS! A good work out without fuss or stress. The atmosphere is relaxed and the exercises adapted to all levels. <3
I always leave Hoi feeling better than when I came in! Sasha and the team are so down to earth and make everyone feel at home. I'm still so surprised by how quickly my friends & I have been able to gain strength when the workouts feel so fun. The studio is also super cute and is in a great spot for easy parking.
Just completed a Supercharged class Wed 6.15pm. A perfect mix of muscle strengthening moves with repetition to get the heart rate up. Feeling tired but strong
