Dynamic pilates is great. Jen is a great instructor. She watches her clients and makes sure they are going at the right pace individually. She is also very good at gently extending and challenging us!

Great workouts in a friendly environment. Chantal and her crew are knowledgeable and caring.

The early morning circuit classes are fun, organised and well worth the effort - a great start to the day!

Chantal and the crew incl the cafe - make working out fun!  Plus the teachers pass on a lot of knowledge about how to manage ailments.  Really well equipped studio with many different classes on offer. Easy access/parking.

Always friendly and with a good grasp of healthy options in their Cafe as well as their Studio.
