Story

Welcome to the Hibiscus Coast Community RSA, (Formerly the Silverdale and Districts RSA).
Established in 1916 to provide a supportive social club for returned solders, The Royal New Zealand Returned Services Association honors tradition and community.
Today the Hibiscus Coast RSA is a busy hub. The perfect spot to meet friends and talk about times past and present.
You’ll love the atmosphere. Live bands and entertainment, fantastic restaurant, sports live on the 7 big screens, gaming machines.
Clubs include 8 ball /pool, snooker, darts, indoor bowls, outdoor bowls, fishing club, golf, dance classes and women’s division.
ANZAC Day, Melbourne Cup and New Years Eve are not to be missed.
Celebrate in style in our fully equipped function rooms – weddings, 21st Birthdays, anniversaries etc.

It's been 15 years since I frequented this RSA. Attended with family and franchised on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy the live blues music. Friendly bar staff. RSA caters to families, dancing, dining, pool, snooker, darts etc. A member of the executive approached us to welcome us and converse. I am relocating to the Cost and will join this Club. It offers excellent social connections

Everyone's friendly, the crowd and the staff. We enjoyed singing there during karaoke nights.Food: 5/5

Fun Karaoke night... Come join on 18th December ... Ask for details .. come sing it is fun....staff cool..Service: 5/5

Fun place as long as they don't keep canceling events.  Parking: East access to the club

Disappointing meal.  Over cooked and dry.  Numerous persons were complaining about delays and unsatisfactory food.  Feel sorry for the RSA as they are trying to do their best to entice people in there

Friendly staff and atmosphere...and great value  Vegetarian options: The more the better...could maybe have a few more  Kid-friendliness: My son always enjoys rsas  Parking: No problems...and off road close to club

I am a service member of this RSA and I think it is a pleasant, comfortable, venue with good, if somewhat dated, facilities. The members are nice people the staff have always been efficient, cheerful and helpful. I recommend this RSA as ideal for gatherings as there is provision for "private meetings" with catering. Thank you all so much for help making our daughters 21st a memorable evening.  The set up was great. An amazing venue.  Big room with a deck and the bar set in the room for the evening.  Food platters - great.  Thank you all again.  Never knew this existed as a venue to hire...will be spreading the word.

I visited this RSA on Friday 16th July. The food in the Restaurant was besides chips & wedges only Lamb Shank and Nacho's. I've had better in a cafe. On leaving I bought a can of coke to drink while I drove the long way home. I was told by a member that I should not bring drinks into the club, he did not apologizse when I informed him that I had just bought it at the bar. It goes without saying that I will not be going to this place again
