Started off a bit disappointing but boy did they help me...they went above and beyond to help me. I saw a customer get angry and aggressive to Akiko at kke Airport..  I pulled him aside and told him they will go above a beyond for you but please don't be angry and be patient... from a very happy customer. The vehicle was clean and amazing to drive...thank you so much BUDGET RENTALS!!!...

Just called to make inquiries about their car availability and a quote, the lady - customer service sounded unfriendly. I dont think we need to look further for their service.
