My worst experience ever. As a german I am allowed to drive for 12 month with my license. But the agent insisted I buy a fake IDP online from india for extra 90 usd. Avoid this place at all cost!

Avis is great. Used them in the past. Guy tried over charging me for fuel even though I had photo proof that showed I left more fuel than what I actually got. Good thing about modern technology, kms are recorded and phones take pictures. Was so rude and arragont.

Greeted by name, swift, efficient service and a clean, new car. What more could you expect. Thanks
