One of their rental cars backed into our parked ute and they wont pay to get the damaged fixed!!!! it happened in January 2022 and they still keep thinking it will just go away. $4000 worth of damage to our ute to the door, window, windscreen, mirror, please get it fixed asap.

I showed up to the airport without a prior car reservation and was well taken care of Rebekah and Louis.  Their service was friendly and knowledgeable.  I am super happy with my experience and really appreciate their assistance.  Louis even called me after I left to tell me that I qualified for a promotion on my rental and applied the deal to my card.  I felt like they went above and beyond.   Thanks!

Lack of communication and confirmation of booking.  No one at the office,  seems to always be un-maned. A great example of the left foot not knowing what the right foot is doing.  A bunch of bumbling idiots. Use Flexi Auto Rentals in Whangarei. It was sorted in minutes, including a confirmation email.

Excellent, personable service and the car was great too.nnA big thank you to Akiko for retrieving my lost sunglasses and returning them to me quickly, I appreciate it!

Make sure you take extra insurance especially the windscreen option could cost you 3.5k for a Genuine Windscreen don't get caught out Northland Roads are deadly on your Windscreen
