Helensville Primary School

Helensville school is an Absolutly mental in terms of education. The current teachers seem like they cant be bothered to teach and lessons feel useless. However the Māori culture is alive and expressed. I left in 2020 and recently found out that more than HALF the board left during the operating of Ms. Heasman. I am glad to see she has resigned and a new principal is there and hopefully repair the damage causes by Deborah. I must warn the year 7-8 part of the school of a certain teacher i will not disclose the name of. She teaches with very little effort and even spills her food that she should have been eaten at lunch time on your books and work. She clearly has anger issues frequently yelling at the class about a bit of paper on the floor after cutting. She even has the nerve to play with kids hair and in my instance put her arm around me like i was here mate. However the younger years have Ms. Greenhalgh who is an amazing teacher. I hope this review helped and dont send your kids here

More and more like a woke babysitting service than a school to be honest class time spent watching movies while outdated teaching practices such as learning to read and write increasingly being shifted into homework for parents to manage . . in saying that Jed Stanton is a great teacher and clearly committed to his job. Our little ones had so little contact from their teacher in lockdown she could have been dead for all we knew.

Gee, I'm glad my daughter doesn't attend this school, but Royal Oak Primary!!! A piece of clothing doesn't necessarily always mean too much but; the boy sent home for not wearing enough PINK could have, probably had the occasion in his heart?? Yes there's always two sides to a story but, headlines should then be corrected on social media if that's the case??

teachers stinky breath gave my kid a stomach bug.

It's alright I suppose.

There are better places to go.
