From the rolling paddocks to the beautiful Willow tree at the heart of the extensive outdoor area, our selection of well-loved farm animals, and a calming afternoon around the firepit - the learning experience is immediately enhanced for your child. We have open spaces with grass to run on, mud to play in, animals to care for and all possible natural experiences. Fresh air and a natural setting do wonders for the education and stimulation of children and provide endless opportunities and discovery. Space is not a problem at Kaha Kids, both our Nursery and Preschool have an abundance of space both inside and out, letting the children have room to make discoveries in their own time and at their own pace."

My daughter loves Kaha kids centre, teachers and friends! The farm setting is what we love the most instead of the noise and Chaos of main roads/buildings I enjoy the fact my daughter gets to be surrounded by nature. Teachers are lovely and offer plenty of activities both indoors and out. The space is huge indoors and out. My daughter has such great days at Kaha Kids! My boy absolutely loves spending time at Kaha Kids! He thrives in the caring, safe space they have created to allow him to explore and learn. The teachers in both nursery and pre school are so lovely and caring, I always feel like he's in safe hands. They provide enchricing experiences daily and allow the children to spend lots of time in nature. Our daughter will be starting at the end of the year and we can't wait to see her follow in her brothers foot steps. Thank you for everything that you do, we are very happy at Kaha Kids!
Our experience with Kaha Kids has been nothing short of exceptional. It's not just a childcare center; it's become a second home for us. And let's not forget about the wonderful addition of center pets, which adds an extra layer of joy to the environment. The care and support provided by Kaha Kids have been invaluable to our family. We genuinely don't know how we would manage without them. They've truly created a warm and welcoming haven for our tamariki, where they can learn, play, and thrive. Kaha Kids has become such a huge part of our family. With 3 kids under two we were run off our feet and the teachers and staff here have supported us 100% the entire way through! Our children absolutely love arriving each morning and I leave knowing they will be given so much love and a lot more of the entertainment and learning than I can manage at home. We love being a part of the Kaha Kids whanau!
Kaha kids has helped with my child’s development and social skills. He is now confident, sharing and gets excited each time we head in. They helped us each step of the way from settling in and throughout the year with any challenges that arise. I love the nature backdrop of the centre and that they have animals come to visit often, very homely feel which is important to us.
We love Kaha Kids! It has been the best place for our lil' man to learn and grow, since he first went along at 6 months old. Now 2 and a half! and with the lovely new owners, he's shifted over from nursery to preschool with the smoothest transition a mum could hope for. The kaiako teachers are supportive, patient and reassuring and I can tell they really care. There's also so many fun activities to keep his very alert mind stimulated, and tons of space in the awesome outside area. I feel very fortunate he's had this early learning opportunity to set him up to be a Kaha Kid - strong, confident, and most importantly happy!
I’ve had both of my children at Kaha kids, my youngest still attending the nursery. It’s so hard to pick a centre and entrust them with your baby/s. Kaha kids have been so loving and caring I’m beyond grateful for the care given to both my boys. Falu the centre owner is totally community minded and had such an open heart for us when the cyclone affected our living circumstances. This centre has a lot of love to give your family too.
Hands down the most incredible place to take your children! From the moment we walked in we instantly felt comfortable and welcome. The teachers & staff are all amazing, so caring, gentle and fun with the kids. Very family feeling environment which is so hard to come by these days. My sons both attend and have had nothing but amazing days whilst attending. They are constantly updating through storypark & telling us about how they went at pick up. Not to mention the boys love what they eat at kindy they are usually fussy kids but now they are eating amazingly I couldn’t ask for a better place to trust my sons at during the day. You guys are amazing!
My children love going to daycare , we love the outdoor environment, the teachers are lovely and there’s always so many fun engaging activities for the kids to do ! My children come home happy every day and I love going to work knowing they’re living their best lives each and every day at the centre
Engaging, caring teachers, passionate management and a rural setting. My kids love there days spent here.
