Story

Heartspace Yoga has been created by Silke Whittaker, a yoga teacher & essential oil educator based in Hastings, New Zealand.

I am teaching Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga classes on a regular basis in Hastings, New Zealand and also loves to do special workshops to help students incorporate healthy habits into their lives and inspire positive change.

I am also an essential oil educator. I am passionate about my doTerra oils and love to teach how they can be used to improve your health and home care with these pure gifts from mother nature.
