Over the past two weeks I’ve notice a lack in quality the meal isn’t as fresh and my serving size tonight was very small on my chicken donburi, hard to believe I ate a $21 meal in a few minutes and I’m not even full. Is a bummer because i was a regular but the past twonMeals have been below average

New owners who are stepping up the quality. There special prawn dish is amazing! They also introduced authentic mocha bubble tea very Japanese and very yummy. If you are after kiwi food, they have you covered with their cheesy wheezy dish.

We've been here twice in 2 weeks! Quite the hidden gem Matua has here. Delicious Japanese food, the best shoe string fries 10x better and fresher than McD's and fast friendly service. Will be back for sure!!!!

Sooo yuuumm!!nn- Waffle cone was so fresh, berry ice cream was delish!nn- Sushi was so fresh and well made, great flavour, chicken was soo good, not dry, and the slices were huge!! Was a full on meal lolnnWill 100% be visiting again when I'm back in the area for sure!
