Normal swimming pool with a few temperature option. There are 2 hottest pools, about 37/39degC, about 2mX12m, one of them with view of Brighton Sea. There are 2 pools like warm bath at home 33/35degC & 2 cold-ish pool.  Twilight sky colour can be beautiful. Bring own towel or 2 if you want to do sauna and toiletries for shower after. Nothing to rave about.

Great spot! Pools of different heat levels and a sauna with a view of the beach. Make sure to book in advance before you arrive. You get a two hour time slot.

Plenty of time per session. Huge sauna. 2 meter cold plunge! Lots of space. Pretty affordable. I’d go check it out early morning or late at night instead of during the sunny hour next time

Amazing spot to relax and rest your body.nnEverything was clean - multiple pools, sauna & steam room.nnStaff were also very friendly and helpful.nnBook ahead but it wasn’t overcrowded inside.

One of my new fav places to visit now when I come home. I loved it.
