Great hot pools with a range of temperatures for everyone and a fantastic view. Our little ones 3yrs and 5yrs loved the couple of hours we spent there. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. The cold plunge pool is invigorating! We will return!!!
Great low key relaxed pools. The pools had a variety of sizes and temperatures, we visited for the 3-5pm Saturday afternoon session. The umbrellas were key to cut the glare and sun. I recommend sun glasses and a hat. Clean changing rooms and showers. I loved the nice quality free soap on the warm showers. The highlight was the togs drier! The sanua, cold plunge pool and steam room are added bonuses. There is a cafe but it was closed to pool users.
It was perfect to enjoy the spa in a gloomy day!nNot too cold or warm. All staffs are kind and friendly helpful. Especially one of good looking guard was volunteered to take some photos of us. Sorry forgot to give you a coffee. Thanks a lot. We really enjoyed . Good price strongly Recommended!!!!
My husband and I were looking forward to a relaxing evening at the hot pools during the adults-only session on Friday night, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The venue was uncomfortably busy, with so many people that we were shoulder to shoulder with other patrons within minutes of entering the pool. The overcrowding made it difficult to enjoy the experience, and the noise level was far from the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for.nnAdditionally, the cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired. There was hair stuck to the tiles in the steam room, which was off-putting and sand on the bottom of the pools, which detracted from the overall experience. For a place that is marketed as 'relaxing and rejuvenating' with 'luxurious' pools, these issues were quite disappointing.
This was and is a definite must. Put it high up on your list. 10am on an overcast morning was absolutely awesome. There was a line up even before they opened so if your a visitor that’s never been it’s probably better to book ahead by calling or online. The online method was super easy and ensures you a place. There’s lockers, fantastic shower blocks which all have really nice body wash, there’s cubicles in all different places so there’s no need to worry about yourself. The he whole place has such a nice feel about it and the staff are fantastic.nnThere are 4 x hot pools starting with the hottest one at the top then they step down.nnThere’s also a Sauna and Steam room adjacent to the top hot pools starting.nnAnd if you’re keen there is a 8 degree cold plunge pool cold .nnAll in all it was an incredible way to start my day and a great experience.nThe view out over the ocean from the top joy pool is really amazing.nnA very well designed establishment
