Hannahs Shoes

My Mum came home after a long day but with rave reviews about the server at Hannah's. She said that Rheilli was super friendly and helpful. Her fast service helped Mum find a great pair of shoes within a limited amount of time. The shoes are a fantastic colour and height and suitable to her needs. We wish all the best for the Hannah's Porirua team. They know how to cater to people's needs! :

I was looking for a leather mens boots in olive green. Staff named Charlotte was very accomodating and helpful. She has searched and point me on which branch I could possibly find the item that I am looking for. This is around half past 3 where it is busy. Very nice experience.

I have visited this store a few times over the past 6 months. Every time, I have been ignored by staff. On my recent visit, I entered the store and someone came out from the store room but never even acknowledged me. I did a complete circuit of the store, looking for running shoes, but never got asked if I needed help. It wasn't until I was exiting the store the staff member, asked if I was "ok there". No desire to visit again or make any purchase from this store.

Very impressed by customer service. We were very well looked after by the store manger Andrea and Cassidy staff. Cassidy went above and beyond to find the right shoe size and suggested the best shoes as per our needs. We ended up buying two pairs instead of one. Would love to shop again in this store.

Not helpful at all. Completely ignored by staff
