Bad customer service

Well staffed, pleasant store. But not a lot of shoes on actual display - you have to ask to see what they have out the back of a certain type, e.g. running shoes. Still, I've been happily buying shoes here for a couple decades :-

Smaller than Bayfair store, but still have friendly, helpful staff.

Not a large store, has the main shoe brands and sports ones. Has on going sales that are affordable.

Extremely poor service, they could have sold a pair of shoes, but no one enquired if they could help me..

Very helpful, friendly staff
