Customer service is non-existent. Walked in yesterday, the two staff turned their backs on us and just chatted the whole time behind the counter. Not once acknowledging our presence, I get that it’s a long day for them but ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’ is not that hard.

I had the worst experience with my online order....I bought a bed and blanket a week before I picked up my new puppy. Thinking by the time I picked up my puppy, the order should arrive at a similar time. I was only informed after I have purchased the products that it will take 20days for my order to arrive....um...ok...that's not helpful at all! So I waited for the 20days, nothing came..I emailed them and they gave me a tracking number which it shows 0 item in that tracking number...by this point, I have been waiting for almost a month and the order is still not here. I'm having to buy an extra bed and blanket for my puppy to use temporary...what a waste of time and money. Won't be shopping here again!

Will take your money but won't deliver items. Beyond disappointing. Have been waiting over 2 months for my items to arrive with no response to my enquiries.
