At Hannah's New Lynn store Lisa was very accommodating and helpful, we had to try several shoes but she was very patient and helped us find the shoe that was a proper fit. 1st Class service, store has a great asset

Very ordinary service, i can clearly see why r they very low in their ratings. I visited the store in newlynn, i chose 2 pairs to buy. In the whole process nobody greeted me or asked me if i needed any help. I took them to the counter and asked them for the size so i could try. The size was ok and just before i was about to pay, i realised my card was in the car. I requested the staff to keep the shoes around the counter and i ll be back. By the time i came back it was 5.59pm which is closing time. I was preety confident that i had almost bought them, but i was stunt when she told me they r closing and can’t serve me. I think the company needs to reconsider, Who they r handing over their whole store and how the customers r being treated. I like their products but If i see the same staff again i m definitely not shopping from this store.

Great place to buy good quality shoes. Joy behind the counter is fantastic at her job. She did everything she said she would for me and more...Excellent customer service skills Joy.....you are such an asset to Hannahs.

I wish I could give a minus star . Very poor service by team member and the manager who decided not to exchange a pair of shoe that was purchased and worn for 3 Mins shoe size was incorrect . Staff member refused to exchange despite with proof of docket that shoe was bought about 10 mins ago . Very bad customer service

Just a nice shoe place to go to shop.moderate prices for your basic shoe ware not your high end shoe store.. shoes at a reasonable cost some nice styles.. the staff very helpful
