Great place, great feel. Staff are always happy to help. Using products they have to build my own Aquaponic system in my greenhouse. I'll be getting a tent setup before next winter to carry on growing.

Don’t waste your money plenty of other stores sell the same products. Bought a faulty heat mat from here and despite several emails, they choose to ignore and keep my money when initially I only wanted a replacement. Reported to commerce commission as it seems I’m not the only one getting ripped off.

EDIT: After finally getting my package, I tested the LED to see how much power it was actually drawing from the wall, I found it to be under what is advertised by around 10watts at every level. If you decide to buy a light from this company I suggest doing the same. Really not happy, but to be honest it'd be a massive headache to try and get a refund, more hassle than its worth. Ya live and learn right? Can't say what in-store is like but trying to get a response via email is near-on impossible, even after spending hundreds of dollars on a product, and if they do reply it is very blunt bordering on rude. Doesn't seem like they know much about the specifics on their products either which is maybe why I haven't been getting responses. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Never had a problem, they've got everything I need, if not go elsewhere I'll add you get what you pay for, i like the chocolates and special gifts, parcels come quick, p.s those co2 pads are no joke immediate results. Cheers

Do not shop here, We bought a grow tent here 3 months ago, The Zip broke on the first day, then the water proof plastic started to come off the drip tray and the walls. Finally the seams are separating. I have been in contact with customer service to which they have hardly responded and are now choosing to ignore the emails I have sent. The quality of the tent is cheap and poorly made. Terrible products and even worse customer service.

My friend and I went in today for a look around. The older lady working, vibe felt like she didn't want us there. Their after pay doesn't work less you order online. The other lady was okay to us. Not a like feeling well shopping.

Just saw that you've put measures in place to protect both your workers, and your business against covid and people that want to uppose basic requests. Great work and great way to still cater to the ones that genuinely use their exemption for the right reason

Not the friendliest or best for value in the city

Bought a tent from these guys, decided I wanted a bigger one so contacted customer service to ask if I could exchange it, they said sure so I purchased a bigger tent & sent back the first one for a refund as agreed. It's now been two weeks since you recieved back the tent, I've sent several emails, contacted you on Facebook and complete silence on the subject, I will be opening a dispute with my bank & will not be shopping with these scammers again.

Strongly advise to avoid this business. Placed an order online. wasnt untill order was placed was i emailed saying that there would be delays, understandable. After sending them an email stating if it would be more than a few days to please refund me, Was told full order was to be dispatched next day. around 4 later order arrived missing what i needed. trying to email 4 days running to organise refund as only way possible, all ignored. staff are rude as on the phone. All in all no nutes no refund and no response.
