Trade Depot

Brought a stove two months ago, fast delivery and they arranged for an installer, product went well for a couple of weeks until the front knob fell out and the rod controller drop down inside the oven. They sent out a repair company who fixed the issue but did take some time to sort.

Great products at very competitive prices. Bought a fridge, washing machine and gas hobs from here, way cheaper than anywhere else. Delivered them all the very next day!

Customer service was outstanding apart from spending almost 3k and not getting the 4% promised discount. I’ve sent emails to Grace who I purchased it with via the phone and haven’t had a reply. Apart from that all of the appliances are still in the boxes as my kitchen and bathroom aren’t ready for them to be installed. Delivery was cheap and arrived in less than 7days.

I found the Trade Depot to be very good to deal with! The gentleman that helped me find what I was after made the visit even better as he had a fantastic sense of humor and had me laughing most of the time! The fridge I brought is working great and also looks great! Will definitely come back to Trade Depot for future purchases Cheers!

What a nice place to shop. Ordered online for collection, and was ready the following day. Great selection of items with good prices, but the service was the greatest! Young Joseph helped with our order. Great attitude, hard working, polite and respectful. Well done Joseph and Trade Depot. We will be back!

Well I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. I brought a 14kg washing machine and after 14 months it broke down. Trade depot sent out an engineer who said they would try to fix it. After a couple of weeks I got a message saying they would replace my machine with a brand new one. I am very pleased with that kind of service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Can be overwhelming going to the Christchurch Trade Depot as little old Dunedin does not have a depot down here. You do need to allow more time to have a good look through their depot as a quick 1/2 hour browsing can turn into 1 hour easily as I found out. Thanks for the hassle free experience and now we are wanting to upgrade from what we initially were looking at for our bathroom. Seeing is believing and know I was not paid to express these comments.

Excellent communication from Bree my washing machine was booked and fixed and the warranty covered everything. The parts were se fly directly to me based on the error message. Great service excellent technician. Thank you Trade Depot!

I wanted to take the time to thank Sachin and Owen for the exceptional service they provided me and my family. This Christchurch team takes the time with their customers to understand their needs and even though it is price that we come to TD for the service is not lacking. I wish these two gentleman well and I hope management recognize the value they add to the business and reward them accordingly. Such service and valuing customer business is hard to come by these days. I will keep coming back for more and recommend to my friends and family.
