Our favourite pub in Marlborough! Chefs have not only the pub classics but also a fusion of Asian and authentic Japanese dishes. Extensive beer selection on tap. Cozy with a lot of antique decor, good vibe and great service.
Visiting family members ask if we can eat at the Grovetown, the hospitality and food is that good. In the best tradition of New Zealand country pubs. Highly recommended.
Lovely Hotel meal....bit of a wait, which gave me time to enjoy a couple of tasty craft beers. Lovely steak and delicious hand cut chips. Great host.
Great spot leaving picton for a craft beer or 3. Be careful 2 taverns grovetown hotel and grove tavern. Grovetown first one on right about 10mins from picton.
