The swimming pool is so clean and modern, About the indoor facilities for volleyball, always the court was ready for players. However, I think the ventilation system may need some upgrades.
I go down there for my personal training sessions. The gym is small but replete with the latest cutting edge tech. The trainers are super friendly and really get behind their members and visitors keen to work on their health. A great assortment of cardio and weight gear for gym users and I believe they also offer a selection of classes which I hear are highly popular. I haven't been to the pool itself but it can be seen from the gym window. Everytime I've been, the pool has been pumping. A very popular place and all the patrons I've met to date are unpretentious good buggers. Definitely a place worth checking out.
Just joined at the end of April. The cheapest membership fees with flexible payment options available. Included a personal trainer taking my induction program and setting me up with exercises after assessment. Highly recommended place to join with Pools and other amenities and facilities all in one place! So convenient
