Always enjoy Graham Condon Gym & Pools. They have the best spa overall, deep and bubbly and the jets are great. The Aqua jog pool is shallow at one end but I have got used to this & jog/Workout on the spot with weights like I would in a hydro pool. Quieter pools than most and always room in the aqua jog pool. The gym is roomy and comfortable & the staff are friendly and welcoming always. We prefer this gym/pools over the other council sites as it’s a lot quieter in the evenings and closer to home. Showers are good & they keep the areas clean.
Worse customer service, monopoly. customer's needs come to the very last. From front line reception to the management. Only advantage is that the facility is funded majorly by tax payer's money. How ironic.nPopular group fitness classes are often fully booked. Paid members do not have any privileges to have the service to their benefits. Quality of group fitness instructors are sometimes in a worry. You get what you pay for. You look after yourself, no one will once you become a member of this government subsidised recreation and sport centre. Very sad.
Great facility! Very clean and my babies loving the Bubbletimes!
Not worth it. Staff attention to detail lacking and limited areas for younger babies and kids.
