My son takes swimming lessons here and he absolutely loves it! He truly enjoys the environment and adores his teacher, who is incredibly attentive, patient, and caring. All the staff are amazingly friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes such a positive difference. I would highly recommend this place to other parents. Even though there aren’t many toys, the atmosphere is very calm, warm, and comforting — perfect for little ones.

The lifeguards were not patrolling the pool’s properly at all. I went on the 5th March at around 7pm and the one lifeguard on duty was picking up balls around the pool not looking at all. If a kid started to drown they would not be seen. Wouldn’t bring my kids here.

Worst customer service, monopoly. customer's needs come to the very last. From front line reception to the management. Only advantage is that the facility is funded majorly by tax payer's money. How ironic.nPopular group fitness classes are often fully booked. Paid members do not have any privileges to have the service to their benefits. Quality of group fitness instructors are sometimes in a worry. You get what you pay for. You look after yourself, no one will once you become a member of this government subsidised recreation and sport centre. Very sad.
