Hot House Yoga has become an integral part of my life during the last year. The 90 minute original hot yoga works wonders for physical stamina and endurance, and translates into other areas, in particular teaching the body and mind how to breathe at the apex of difficult experiences. We're all grateful to have such an awesome studio like Hot House.
My boyfriend and I recently started going to hot house. We have been enjoying all of the classes Pilates and original and vinyasa yoga, which seem to be suitable for beginners us and advanced yogis. Mike and the other instructors are all very welcoming. We have already signed up for memberships and look forward to continuing our practice here!
This yoga studio is welcoming and the classes are fun and a great workout. It offers a fitness program that is a huge health benefit. I feel so much better since coming to the studio regularly. I started with Hot yoga then tried out Inferno Hot Pilates and vinyasa flow classes. I love them all. There is music with the IHP and VF classes and the instructors are fantastic. Plus , Mike , the owner is the best instructor I have ever had for hot yoga and Pilates. I highly recommend the studio. Try it out. You’ll love it.
This studio is wonderful. The *free* child care offered on Saturdays during the 900am Original Hot Yoga got me in the door no excuses! but I stay & now go to 3 classes a week because the community is wonderful & instructors are amazing. Just wait until you experience one of Mike’s “live music” savasanas...
Welcome to one wonderful yoga studio. I have practiced in many places and these instructors stand out. They are super kind, highly skilled, and welcome any level yogi with open arms. I highly recommend walking in and sweating along side the lovely folks at Hot House.
My wife and daughter have been going to hot yoga for years and both are in fantastic shape. I am not. They have been trying to get me to go for as long as I can remember. Through my 30's I had always been in OK shape and was always fairly athletic. I hit my 40's and started putting on more and more weight. I got complacent with my life and enjoyed eating and drinking a little more than I should have. I have a congenital heart condition which caused me to have 2 open heart surgeries before I was 6 months old, one when I was 2 days old in 1968. I had no physical restrictions growing up and played plenty of sports. In November of 2016 I had another open heart surgery to do a valve replacement, a valve repair and an ablation. After the surgery I lost about 20 pounds and stayed around 230 pounds for last four years. Even though I know I am overweight, when I think of myself, I think of the 20 something year old me... until I see myself in the mirror. In January of this year I decided to try yoga with my wife. It was the best decision I have made in my adult life. I have always prided myself on being naturally good at almost every sport or activity. I have never been flexible and I tried a few of the yoga videos with my wife at home and hated them. I got very frustrated because everyone in the video was in perfect shape and did every pose perfect and I looked like an elephant in the circus trying to lift his leg! I obviously didn't have a very positive attitude going into hot yoga for the first time. However, the atmosphere at Hot House NH Yoga was extremely welcoming and I was told at my first class that if all I do is lay on my back and breathe then I did well in class! There were people of all different skill levels in the class and lots of people making modifications due to various reasons. I was expecting to feel pathetic, which was my biggest fear, but I found myself feeling accepted and encouraged. I have been going for about 6 weeks now and usually go 4 times a week on average. I have lost 16 pounds...the right way. I look forward to going. In the past I have hated exercising...running, spin bike, etc. I could play a sport for hours and hours but jogging for 20 minutes seemed like torture and I couldn't motivate myself to do it. I think it might be the competition against myself to do better than I did last time that makes yoga so much more enjoyable. Take it from me, the biggest skeptic there was, if you try this you will love it. You will want to get better. I was surprised and happy to see how many men take the class. I had this vision in my head that I was going to be in a class like those on the videos with everyone else in perfect form except me but that is not the case. I want to thank Mike, Annabelle, Grace and Polly for always being so encouraging. To be honest, I almost never write reviews, but I feel strongly enough about Hot House NH Yoga and the benefit that I have gotten from it in just 6 weeks that I felt compelled to get others who are in the same rut I was to get in there and try it! I hope to see some new faces there and I hope this review helps some people and the team at Hot House NH! Sorry for the novel.

Discover a world within and let your warmth radiate into the world around you. Knowledgeable instructors and class variety make it fun to practice every day. Come as you are.
So lucky to have this amazing studio in the Capital City. The instructors are so energizing and very empowering. The classes are awesome and the Hot Pilates is phenomenal work out. Highly recommend
Great experience and atmosphere for all experience levels. Do not be intimidated due to lack of experience. Instructors are more than helpful and knowledgeable. It is truly a place you can be comfortable in your own skin and destress!
Love the selection of classes and the teachers are awesome. Mike, the owner is kind and extremely knowledgable. He makes working out something to look forward to and genuinely cares about his students. Try it! You won’t regret it :
