Honestly shocked it was able to open in the new place like this. Don't get me wrong it has great potential in the new area, but alot more planning and time needs to be spent. The poor staff having to deal with the anger of people due to the lack of organization from the top staff, my heart hurt for them running from level 1 - 4 to try and keep things calm. Looking from the outside in, best to shut it down and have it full up and running before opening to the public. I know it's school holidays but the beach is far more exciting then this place currently. I myself was up the top in a party room today and couldn't even see my daughter. One theater for one inflatable is rediculous. Disorganized, and unappealing. But I can see, if some more time and planning was spent before opening, it's got amazing potential. At this stage, I won't be back.

I wrote a bad review an hour ago about not being refunded for a birthday party. I apologise Andrew. I missed the refund in my account due to a different name showing. I have deleted my review because my bank account number was shared by the business in the review reply. All the best in the future. Hopefully you’re up and running again for children to enjoy the new faculties.

Excellent venue for my four year olds birthday party. Came early at 11am Sunday, which was a good idea as it got very busy by 1230pm. We were not allowed to bring our own food in, but bought a large amount of hot chips and sauce for $12 from the cafe there. My advice to save money is bring water bottles for your kids as I only saw one drinking fountain. Mini trampolines as pictured and loads of inflatable fun. Like Chipmunks on steroids.

Great place for a party my girl had her 3rd birthday and had a blast. The staff were very helpful so I do recommend it for a awesome party!

Took my 6yo daughter and 8yo niece to the new location at the Event Cinema building at Maunganui Rd and I would never go back. IT WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE, NOT TO MENTION THE SAFETY ISSUES. Having been to the old location on Newton Rd previously, the old location was a much better facility and seemed to be better suited to a play Centre. The new venue has shoe horned very limited play equipment into and old movie theatre. In my opinion, you are better off saving your money and taking your kids to the local playground.

Definitely not what we were expecting at all. Opening day and there was hardly anything set up except for a few Inflatables that kept losing air that were set up in different movie theaters. Went to a birthday to see how it would be for my daughter's birthday in September but after today have chosen to go with chipmunks. I will probably never go back. What a shame.

Yes it is not as good as it was in the old location but my two children still want to come and we've been multiple times since it opened at its new location. The business owner is clearly going through a transition period while he re-establishes his business. In the meantime he continues to have my full support and I congratulate him for giving Tauranga children another indoor playground option.

This place is fantastic. I didn't know it was here until we went looking for a place to host my son's birthday party. From booking a party room, to the staff, everything went smoothly. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place is clean and we'll lit and we'll ventilated. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone after our experience here. Thanks again to all the staff for helping make our sons birthday party memorable!

Save yourself, and your kids the disappointment! Firstly, why they even bothered to open in the state it's in is beyond me. There is no signage on the building for a start so a tip for those who plan on going....it's the old mount cinema. Oh and good luck with parking! Secondly, there are three rooms set up with NO windows, dim lights and everything is on a slope, along with numerous safety concerns! If you're a parent that actively supervises your children then expect to climb two flights of stairs while you room hop to keep an eye on them all. We left after 20mins and had more fun at the park in the rain. We won't be back.

first time been and was excellent. the lady really looked after us and complementary hot drinks an added bonus. play stuff great also and clean and not crowded. kids were very happy, definatley be going again thank you.
