James, I'm so impressed with the pharmacy the pharmacists are so efficient, and the two counter staff are very helpful indeed. It's so refreshing to see it's like back in the days with Bob.

I have been going to Bob and Jim at the Gladstone Road Pharmacy for the last 13 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are always friendly and helpful and they actually remember my name. I've always received excellent advice and they have time for a yarn with me as well. Nice to see such old fashioned, small town customer service in such a big city like Brisbane. Absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! Went in, never having been before, and was looking for a product. They did not stock the product I was after, however the staff were more than happy to order it and I was able to pick it up after lunch the very next day! Thank you so much for your amazing service Jim and Anne-Louise!!! I have just found my new chemist with the added bonus of convenient parking out the back!

The staff couldn't be more helpful or more respectful. They have always gone above and beyond including liaising with my specialist when I hadn't realised that I didn't have a script and urgently needed my medication.
