Some of the Pharmacist are very lovely, however I have consistently had the mite of what my prescription is messed up. I’m supposed to pick up 2x medication as specified on my script however I have received just 1 and is never corrected once brought to their attention. Despite it being written very clearly in Prescription. Aside from that, mostly very friendly please.
Wow.for the first time in months I've been asked to wear a surgical mask or faced refusal of service. It really is sad there are still people let alone a chainstore pharmacy pushing mask policy simply because jacinda told them they can do so if they choose. I had been told about this pharmacy by locals and the nasty attitude of staff including my 80-year-old neighbors who were abused for asking why the policy hadn't changed i can't feel bad for people who seem to enjoy bullying customers who don't know better or just want to get their shopping and leave. Seeing as ive just finished shopping at many other stores in the same block without an issue i sincerely hope you catch up with the rest of the world soon,
lady at the counter came off as very rude and very unpleasant. needed to get a rat test for my sibling and they only had the single pack available and for $10!!! can go to chemist warehouse and get them for $6.50 but just didn’t have the time to go to st lukes. will definitely be making the time to go the extra distance so i don’t have to return here.
I hardly ever give bad reviews, but I have had such bad customer service at this Unichem. It’s really noteworthy. Staff are likely trying their best, but the management seems uninterested in making it a pleasant place of business for customers. I feel like you’re inconveniencing them vs being a valued customer. Snappy and unfriendly to the point where I feel uncomfortable calling up or going into the store. I’ve heard of others moving their business elsewhere and I will be now too.
The woman at the counter is rude and unpleasant - she often makes a point of embarrassing you or grilling you on your prescription in front of other customers !!!. Not good for a healthcare service. Even though it's local I avoid this place, she can ruin a good mood!
Couldn't of asked for better care! I miss Ian and the team so much, I put them through a lot of hassle. Being in and out of hospital they kindly changed my scripts back and forth with the aid of CADS. My new pharmacy is terrible, they malign me for ONE hospital visit, saying I've "fallen off the rails" and if I go back to hospital one more time they must "move me on" - when I was in hospital because my life is currently threatened by a blood infection... Made me wish I could move back to this pharmacy. Thanks guys for putting up with me! xoxo
MUST READ TODAY WE EXPERIENCED DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THREE KARENS AT THE UNICHEM PHARMACY IN POINT CHEVALIER Unichem THESE WOMAN NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE ACTIONS SO THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS TO PUT UP WITH THIS APPALLING BEHAVIOUR My husband had been suffering a bad tooth ace today, and his appointment to having the tooth removed cannot be done until this coming Thursday. Our dentist had arranged for my husband to get some pain relief, and sent a prescription to our local pharmacy to help with the pain until Thursday. We headed to PT CHEVALIER UNCHEM PHARMACY and on arrival I was greeted with the worst customer service in the form of a KAREN !!Who made a mockery of my request regarding my husbands prescription and Proceeded to mock my husbands Samoan name saying to the ladies behind the reception counter “ooohh it’s hard, wait I’ll have to spell it out for you ” whilst laughing in the background with ladies. The laughing continued as the cashier started mumbling to the ladies behind the counter “have you ladies checked all your of emails today”, At this point I was offended by there remarks and in shock that they were behaving this way right in front of me. The attitude from all three ladies was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed to the point I walked out. Once I got to my vehicle I told my husband who was in excruciating pain what had happened, he then went in to see if he could get his medication and was met with the same Dismissive attitude where they told him “even if we had the prescription, it would take 40mins to process, so pick it up tomorrow “, he then returned to the car upset. I went back inside to let them Know how DISGUSTED I was as per the video. We then called Our dentist and advised them of the situation who then transferred his prescription to LIFE PHARMACY In St Luke’s. Once we arrived we got a phone call From IAN manager/owner of UNICHEM PHARMACY PT CHEVALIER who advised my husbands prescription was ready for pick up, he even offered to drop it off to our home as per 2nd vid. At that point it was to late, because we just wanted to get the pain relief, which was a huge THANK YOU to our awesome Dentist and LIFE PHARMACY IN ST LUKES. I WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE THAT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR!! NOBODY SHOULD EVER FEEL LIKE THERE NAME IS A CAUSE FOR JOKES !. THESE LADIES NEED TO BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF THIS EVER HAPPENS TO YOU, SPEAK UP!!! Tag and share
Staff, in particular one older lady are rude and obnoxious. Older lady on phone to a customer, once the call had ended she was blatantly saying aloud how much of a hassle that particular customer on the phone is. Staff behind despensary just stare at you. Unhelpful, no one offering any assistance, the staff would rather gossip amongst themselves. Not a very good range in shop, I've been in on 3 different occasions and the product continued to be 'out of stock'. Perhaps take a look at your stock and ordering system and give your staff some training on customer service or simpler just being a nicer person.
Worst customer service ever. Real life Karen works here so would highly suggest spending an extra 5-10 mins in the car going to another pharmacy
