Ordered online last week and collected my bike today assembled and tuned. Kudos to the helpful Lady who even helped me choose and install the accessories i needed for my bike. I’m extremely happy with the bike, service and fast delivery. Overall experience is great! Thanks heaps and keep it up! Edit: Just a week after called in to check for parts availability and they’ve confirmed over the phone. However, I came down to test and pick up saying it’s not available. Really not sure who’s telling the truth either they have a stock and too lazy to get it or too lazy too check when I rang their phone.
Shocking customer service and disgraceful incompetency. Sold me a defective bike and refused to fix it, in very aggressive manner their mechanic accused me that I damaged it. What a nonsense, the bike was accurately ridden twice - from and back to the shop. Not to mention that it came with unadjusted derailleurs, loose hanging mudguards and was pretty much impossible to ride. Shop staff is very persistent in selling you unnecessary service plans at extra cost. Given that their mechanics accept payment in beer which I myself have witnessed, I wouldn't trust my bike to their workshop. Stay away from this chain, there's more better places to spent your money!
My go-to bike shop. Super friendly staff both in the showroom and service centre who are genuinely great to chat to and kind. Thanks especially to the guy who quickly changed my cassette over today this morning
The team at Evo Cycles Britomart were great when I bought my first road bike. They didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need and were very helpful and friendly in providing me with all the information I needed to get me out there on the road!
Thank you! I was having issues with my bike that were really putting a damper on riding. After bringing it in for a service and some fresh tyres it’s like riding an entirely different bike. The staff member I dealt with was super friendly and clearly understood the problems I was describing. Service was quick and everything came out cheaper than expected at the end. Will definitely be bringing my bike back here for any work in the future.

Atrocious to deal with. Purchased 2 e bikes in late 2021 . One had fault’s immediately due to being shop floor demonstrator. I was unable to return to fix as was away over Xmas with bikes when I contacted EVO in the new year was told I left it too long to get it adjusted and would have to pay for a service I went elsewhere . Giant bike has been good but any attempt to get support is impossible . They never answer their service phone and do not return messages that are left. Orewa EVO have been brilliant. They should go into the City and train this lot in customer service and support
Somone in our group of 13 had a flat yesterday. We rocked up at EVO to see if they could help us fix it. The EVO team were outstanding - never batted an eyelid and changed the innertube in no time. Thank you it made our day.
Evo were very helpful in assisting us to choose the right bike for my wife. They guided us through the process and post purchase maintenance. I highly recommend them.
We were lucky to strike Bradley when we called in to Evo at Britomart. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with a couple of oldies who haven't been on bikes for years as were all the staff actually. But Bradley was great, and even accompanied me when I went for a test ride in the middle of the city, which would have been a bit daunting on my own. Its such a great environment in the shop, its always a pleasure to call in.
