I am always pleasantly surprised by the professional customer service at Bikelab ... They carry one of the best ranges of gear for the serious cyclist in Auckland.  Their staff all know their products intimately and provide excellent service and advice.  Bike servicing for me has been spot on, and well priced. The bike setup service solved my lower back issues.. and the bunch rides I've been on have been well led and friendly. Top marks.

I have exceptionally poor service from Bikelab.  Having recently purchased a good quality high durability long lasting road  tyre with a 3000km milage potential,the tyre was destroyed within 100kms of use.  While it may be ? no fault of the tyre manufacturer and indeed I may have hit something while road riding it was extremely disappointing to be summarily dismissed without any service assistance or offer  to creatively rectify the situation.  The business can be assured that I have already told many people of your attitude and poor service!  Is  BIKELAB prepared to step up?  The rating above equates to minus one.  ?

I've been a regular customer for more than a year now and my opinion remains the same. All cycle shops show be this way! Friendly, helpful team who really know their product. Fantastic mechanic and great product selection at competitive prices. In a word: "brilliant".

After reading all the good reviews I decided to give them a shot, dropped the bike off on Monday and said a Thursday pick-up.  Show up on Thursay, computer "crashed" taking all my details so they didn't know what needed to be done, okay pick-up Friday then.  Friday midday bike not even started, terrible service, phone was obviously broken too.

I went there asking for a commuter e-bike. The seller tried to convince me that there was warranty for Haibikes. Well, I happens that I was a few minutes before in the Haibike distributor in NZ. So, or the seller is absolutely ignorant about the market he is in or he was being deceptive. Run away from that place...

Got overcharged $184 for a 26 inch wheel because "its hard to find a 26 inch wheels these days" . He originally quoted us $90.  Asked another bike shop and they said they aren't that hard to find so I'm not sure what he was on about!

Best road bike shop around. Justin is a great guy to deal with, and they run a quick and friendly shop bunch every Saturday and Tuesday.

I have been in a few times, the staff are always really friendly and the owner seems quite knowledgeable.  Great range of products.  I would recommend this place to my mates.

Bikelab are incredibly professional and friendly and know there stuff when it comes to bikes and riding, they offer great service also.

Very kind to foreign people and professional skill for maintenance bicycles.
