So there is one lady there whom I always want to avoid while buying takeaways specially chicken and chips. The quantity is so less for the chips.

I came to this place almost everyday toady i don’t want to wait for 30 minutes and ask for refund she declined it straight up can i ask why ? Is it nz new policy I can’t get my refund if i don’t want my food ? Then she said i can replace with other thing it’s showing same price on your menu for those curry’s and she want me to pay extra rather than giving my money back that’s how your management works? If yes then it’s a big lack for you guys it’s isn’t about money it’s about dealing her customer service is like she trying to kicking out all the customers like why they here not coming again

Went to get fresh takeaways and ordered 2 chicken friedrice mildn1 Chilli chicken and 1 chicken chopsuey.Told the lady taking orders very nicely that friedrice is mild for kids.nCame home opened the friedrice for my little ones saw chillies in.Tasted it and saw the receipt it was written Med to Hot.If clearly told no chillies then why put chillies in the food.Chilli chicken full of onions.nIt's either the lady doesn't know how to take correct orders or the chef doesn't know how to read orders.nNOT WORTH ITnGet fresh train your staffs
