Dissapointed as I purchased a packet of cheese last night and used it to top a pasta bake for my family. I noticed it smelt strange and checked the expiry to find out it expired on 10 May 2026 - I purchased this on the 4th of June. It wasn’t even on sale. Waste of money but also raises serious concerns about stock rotation and quality control practices. customers should be able to trust the food that they buy is safe to consume - not having to worry and check every item them put into their trolly hasn’t expired a month prior.

Very poor customer service. Alex was rude, spoke loudly, and came across as aggressive instead of helpful. Staff need proper training on how to treat customers.

Food has turned bad and they still sell them to the customer. I ordered from Uber, the bok choy was too old, leaves turned yellow with holes. The stems got mushy and brownish, leaking from the package with a smell. The worst part is the store knew them have gone bad, they cut some of the bad leaves and sent them to the customer!!nNot to mention here is the eggs also got some crack. I had to cook and eat them straight soon I received.
