Our day at Georges Road was just perfect. The food and wine was just amazing and we wish we had been able to eat more as the food was so delicious. We had a couple of dietary requirements in our group and everyone was catered for. The surroundings and ambiance were ideal for a 'hen do' which everyone is still raving about. Thank you so much Kirk and Alison for making our special outing so memorable. We recommend a day at this beautiful winery without any hesitation.

Amazing service, wine and scenery. We did a wine tasting and each and every one of them were fantastic. Will be back again and highly recommend George’s Road Winery for anyone trying to decide on which of the many Waipara wineries to go to.

Stayed in the wine pod - awesome place, food we pre ordered was great, the wine wonderful and the hot tub is a must! Kirk is friendly, welcoming and passionate about his wines. 100% recommend and can't wait to visit again!

We had a magic time tasting the range of lovely George’s Road Wines for our birthday getaway. Followed up with perfect evening under the stars in their Wine Pod. Highly recommended.

Kirk and Allison made us feel welcome in a relaxed and 'nothing's-a-problem' style. Their cellar door offers a fantastic serene view of hills and vineyards. The weather was perfect and the wines were distinct and all very good! We were a party of four and we all found wines that surprised us and which we loved! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful place, great wine and lovely people

Stumbled apon this place but disappointed in the prices they charge of wine tasting. $15 per person, most expensive of our wine tour, there was a group of us and even though we bought some wine we still got charges for the tastings.

Little slice of paradise

We cant t rave enough about our experience at George’s Rd. Fantastic atmosphere, The Syrah and Rose are exceptional. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and such warm and friendly hosts.

Great experience tasting wines in Waipara! Extra nice because the owner walked us through each wine personally and shared the stories behind the wines. Highly recommend a stop here and you can even spend the night on the vineyard if interested.
