Great selection, very yummy. Very busy as always. They did well keeping everything stocked up Only downfall was the cleanliness. Floors were dangerously slippery, and plates felt a bit greasy.. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly Parking: Free parking. Tight when its busy. Dietary restrictions: Not a good idea if you have good allergies. Food is all cooked on the big hotplate. Lots of cross contamination of food

I just love this place! I love that you are able to choose fresh ingredients, with your own selection of oils and spices, and have it prepared to perfection in front of you, served hot and fresh. I absolutely love love their seafood chowder and their soft garlic bread. It's so good. I could eat only that and be happy. There is a big selection of vegetables, which I really like. There's also a huge selection of different meats, which most people will appreciate. There is ready prepared food, and a good selection of salads. For dessert you can have hot cakes and ice cream. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and keep clearing the tables.

Have enjoyed dining here over the years. You can't fault the food, after all, you choose what and how you eat. It is also much more spacious than other Genghis Khan restaurants.

You are your own chef. Food dependant on your own taste. Cost has gone up but still a good value if you're unable to cook.

Really enjoy coming here for the all you can eat lunch. Everything here tastes great and they supply jugs of water for FREE! Update Came in on the 3rd December and it was the best meals I've had since lockdown begun.

Not worth the money there's like zero options for a smorgasbord or all you can eat. The BBQ section is probably the best of it. The lay out of food is poor desert beside mains then the ice cream being half the restaurant away from that the mains board consisted of about 8 trays of dried out food and 4 desert trays some form of seafood soup that if brave enough to have would probably make you sick. The BBQ section seems to consist of the freshest ingredients so stick to that. Some rather nice combos can be made but overall extremely poor options for $37 per person very disappointed The only good part was the lovely lady that served us but then proceeded to place us in some dark corner

Loved our experience here. Have been twice within 2 weeks. Always lots of food, plenty of nice hot cooked food. Plenty of water, good amount of clean plates bowls and cutlery. Friendly staff and cooks. Plenty selection of meats, veges, sauces, oils. Pancakes and icecream with toppings. A wonderful experience from the warm greeting at the reception to the warm farewell at the end.

Delicious food! I loved the set-up and the way of cooking the meal at the moment for you. Also, I loved the extra charge policy if you leave food waste. Reasonable price and comfortable place

Staff were friendly, Chef was awesome and the restaurant was clean. The assortment of options was plenty. Our whānau of 8 all enjoyed our lunch. Having come over from Brisbane it was a beautiful way to end our stay in Auckland. The good was great. The staff were nice. Unfortunately the customers let it down. Young kids being let to go get there own desserts, creating mess and non hygienic. Eating straight from the ice cream tubs etc. Lazy parenting not the restaurants fault.
