Our cafe is 100% gluten free and refined sugar free. We use little dairy and have both vegetarian and vegan menu items.

We use local, organic and free rang produce and our menu is seasonal changing each quarter.

Our coffee is fully organic allpress coffee and organic milk.

We have a variety of dairy free milks including Carew kitchen fresh almond milk, soy milk and coconut milk.

Easy takeaway options, raw sweets, cheesecakes and smoothies.

We advocate a real food that fuels and nourishes out bodies in all the right ways.

So, really surprised by the quality of this unassuming little cafe on the ground floor of this business unit. Lovely coffee and food, well presented too. Polite, capable and efficient service. Plenty of seating in an airy interior. A few things for kids to play with. Plenty of parking.
Stopped in here for a quick brunch on the go and was possibly the most beautiful dish I’ve been served. So delicious and very filling! Great find.
The food choices were really well presented. We enjoyed the salads and one of the cakes. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Very nice little cafe tucked on the corner, it’s not very big. The service staff are SO friendly and accommodating. We were seated outside and they let us have our little dog sit with us out there. The food is exceptional. Delicious and healthy.

You gotta try their beautiful French toast and a raw caramel slice. I had to give only 4 stars though because of not so much satisfying visit lately.
Excellent as usual. Huge fan of this place. Great customer service, yummy food and perfect coffee.
