Kings garden cafe silverdale

Lovely Cafe with very quick service, with lovely food. Unfortunately because of speed , some of my bacon was charred and unedible. The rest of the two meals were ordered was delicious.

Great location and atmosphere with a nice playground for the kids to enjoy. Arrived in the afternoon when they were quiet and they forgot to make the drinks we ordered. They agitated more interested in cleaning up. They should not take orders if they are interested in closing. Previous visit we had food with old bruised and smelling off avocado. They were not happy to hear us ask for it too be replaced. For the high price they are asking for some meals, they should be more willing and happy to replace such a small item.

Edit: if the person who replied that was working out the back, was working in the kitchen...the kitchen needs a good cleanup. ---- Previously I have had great experiences here, today 31st Oct we were dispointed. The half empty cafe tables were messy and after we ordered and sat for 5 ~ mins, I had to ask for a cloth to wipe my own table, the staff did not appear to be overly busy. The kitchen had bits of rubbish on the floor and was generally untidy. We asked if aioli was available for our chips and were told yes, but were served hollandaise sauce. The burger was very overpriced for taste I would have provided this feedback to the staff but they did not seem interested. Young chap at the register greeted us with a smile and was nice.

Service good but the food was average. They also charged $1 for a small amount of cream for pancakes. Never been to a Cafe that even charges for cream on the side

Ok, coffee bitter and panini soggy, quiche soggy they need to use a panini press and the oven, microwaves make bread and pastry soggy. The caramel nut tart was disappointing and the place is fairly pricey. Not sure I will go back again. Maybe my choices were unwise...perhaps some of the cooked food would have been better

Love the new kids play area with trampoline, play house, boat and playground! I reserve my fifth star because I felt that everything was rather pricey fluffies at $2ea without even a marshmallow on the side, and the child-safe gate latch was mounted so low that my admittedly tall! almost 3-year-old could open it. ‍ But still a great place for a coffee date, and the playground was a real hit with the kids!

A very busy cafe during the weekend but staffs are friendly and helpful. Coffee and service is okay-ish.

Friendly happy staff who quickly bring your order and clear away plates and wipe down tables. Lovely coffee, lots to choose from cabinet and menu plus very clean toilets. There's also a fenced playground making the cafe very family friendly. Prices reasonable and never been disappointed with the food.

My family has been coming here for years, for a reason. It's great on so many counts. Great food, lovely service, and the setting is fragrant, accommodating of all needs, and entertaining for all generations. There is a playground for the wee ones. Flowers for all. Plenty of space for everyone.

Good coffee and food. Didn't have to wait long on a busy day. Coffee, and food served up within 6 minutes from ordering. Good speedy service.
