Gateway Motor Inn

This place is amazing. My bed was so nice I wanted to take it home. The shower pressure just about blew you away it was so great. There was a little private outdoor area for me to hang out too. The proprietors were very lovely. They even checked on me cause I was sick for a couple of days. I would highly recommend this place. I stayed in Great Sensations. I love the fact the rooms have names instead of numbers. There is plenty of parking. The room i was in had a carpark right outside the bay doors. There's also a Pokémon Gym out the front for all us Pokémon Go fans

Burglars entered our room with a room key that they had uplifted from an unsecure area in Reception at 4.50am on the second night of our 3-night stay. When we made a complaint that someone had entered our room, Management tried to blame us, saying we had left our door unlocked, despite us telling them that they had used a key to unlock the door!nWhen we insisted that they check CCTV, sure enough, two women were seen unlocking and trying to enter our room! Management was more concerned that their stock was missing than the potential physical threat to us and other guests.nWe requested a refund of our disrupted 2nd night & also our 3rd night that we had booked as we now felt unsafe to stay there. Management has refused to refund the 2nd night and instead offered a 'free' night on another occasion. There is absolutely no way that we will ever stay at this motel again.nSTAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Was a lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Only issue is the bathroom. No ventilation except window. So when you have a shower it steams up the whole bathroom and everything gets wet.

Really pleasant stay. Nice rooms with good quality amenities.nHelpful staff.

Had a lovely stay here, had to check in early which they happily agreed.nnComfortable bed, clean facilities, very quiet! It's quite outdated but I think that what makes it special. Would definitely be back.nnPS: whoever loves horses would love this place!
