FreshChoice Titirangi

It's a real shame that FreshChoice doesn't look after its disabled customers. It seems anyone is allowed to park in the disabled spots, forcing disabled members of our community to find another shop with an available car park.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the manager's behavior. From the moment I raised a simple question/concern, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening and trying to help, they spoke in a disrespectful manner and made me feel unwelcome. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my visit.nWhat made the situation worse was the manager's attitude throughout the interaction. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or communicate politely. As a customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially from someone in a management position. The experience left a very negative impression and overshadowed everything else about the business.nI hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and provides additional training on customer service and professional communication. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to return to any of his stores he managers and cannot recommend this business to others.

A good small supermarket for your essential items. Staff are very nice.

Small shop, prices are higher compared to FreshChoice in Glen Eden. That middle aged Indian man is rude and needs lessons in customer service. Place needs some maintenance done, repainting wall outside by where trolleys are, floor near milk/cheese section is really bad, unstable floornhealth and safety issue right there.nNever see owner around to approach him about the problems, so can’t care much.
