Fresh seafood and very healthy way to have dinner. No signal drop of oil, yes no oil, all cook by steam. It very unique we to have dinner here, the problem is it does take a bit of time to steam the food. The environment is nice and tidy. Price, I think they are reasonable for their food but you are looking $$$ min for 3 to 4 people. Good place to try VH

Honestly just a brilliant experience and friendly staff who helped us figure out how to get everything cooking. Food came out so fast for stuff that wasn't steamed and it was so delicious. Great experience that I highly recommend especially if you like seafood.

Service attitude is not good. Our three people spent around $500 for dinner there, and the meal is not good enough.

Love this restaurant! the concept is you order a bunch or raw food, steam it in front of you, dip it in your own custom made sauce from the sauce station and once you've finished steaming everything you enjoy the flavoured congee hidden at the bottom! imagine hotpot but instead of boiling it in a broth you steam it. Steamed seafood here is a must! I recommend getting a lobster to steam if you're ok with the $/kg, they'll use all the tiny legs and head for the congee base because that stuff is hard to eat anyways but now it's not wasted! and steam the meaty tail on top. The congee will be amaaaazing afterwards.
