We offer Learn to Sail programs, Racing, Adventure Sailing Picnics, a great bunch of people and a fun opportunity for people who enjoy mucking around in boats and want to spend time on the water.

A favorite place to unwind chill eat breathe and smile
Beautiful location for a yacht club and nice beach to go swimming. Also heard that you can BYO boat or rent one from the club. They have four Topaz sailing dinghies available. If you are already a competent sailor this is a great way to get involved in club activities.
Our original plan was to get married in our backyard with a marquee, as lots of venues in Auckland were out of our budget and didn’t go with our more relaxed vibe. French bay yacht club was the perfect solution for us – a stunning DIY, affordable, BYO venue with wet weather options and very easy to style. Such a beautiful spot and Rebecca is so helpful, especially with all the changes due to covid regulations. We had the day before and the day after to set up / pack down – absolutely recommend hiring for the three days to give time for cleaning up the next day. It is a lot of work doing a DIY wedding, but totally worth it.

A nice safe place for the younger children an babies check onehunga tide chart plan to get there 3 hours on the in coming tide an you's will have a nice day that way you'll have 4 or 5 hours of incoming the high an the turn of the tide for the out going, enjoy stay safe an be kind
Google thinks that I regularly visit French Bay Yacht Club probably because I live in close proximity. I do however walk my dog daily past the Yacht Club. It is a family oriented club and a venue for schools in the area to use the Optima yachts for pupils to learn to sail.
A great spot to hire for weddings, funerals and other events. Right on the water - what a stunning location.
Love St food markets at the yacht club was great, good choice of good, pleasant sounds from local group, brilliant experience all round
Always a fun place to be. Grew up in green bay so is an easy local place to enjoy.
