Wanted to cancel a purchase made due to length to time for delivery cancel request was made less then 24hrs after initial purchase. I was advised that they won't refund for change of mind and was offered a store credit. This wasn't helpful as I'd found a similar furniture item that could be delivered asap at another store.

I’ll be waiting 21 weeks now instead of the more reasonable 15-17 weeks after purchasing back in April 2021. Yay. Buy from a NZ company that makes their sofas here in NZ folks if you want your sofa in a timely manner….

This a a good sized store and all the furniture is nicely styled so this is a great place to go when you are looking for ideas. I wouldn’t recommend buying their leather sofa’s because they don’t use the best quality leather which means that they bubble and peel after a few years and they aren’t that cheap.

Excellent service ! Doing incredibly well considering this industry is particularly under the pump during a global pandemic. The store manager at the Newmarket facility deserves an Oscar for the amount of customer demand required. Well done and keep up the great work.
