From the receptionists to the surgeons all staff were amazing. The nurses are incredibly amazing and understanding, doctors and anesthetic team were fantastic. Have had many upsetting moments in various hospitals over the years but having my procedure done here was comfortable and left me wanting to write the best review. Would hope to get all my future surgery done here if any. Thank you Franklin private hospital!!!
Took my wife to urgent care at Franklin Hospital, on a Saturday morning and was blown over with the welcoming and warm staff and a very clean and well equipped clinic ... The nurse immediately provided her a bed to wait for the doctor and made her feel comfortable...The doctor arrived shortly and patiently listened to her problems and immediately provided medication and prescriptions... My wife started feeling better immediately after taking the meds but they kept her under observation for an additional 1/2 hour ...we were out of the clinic in just about 1 and a half hours!... Just the previous night we'd visited East care centre , Botany for the same reason and they misdiagnosed her and prescribed useless meds and antibiotics after making us wait for over 2 and a half hours!!nSo the Franklin has urgent care was such a blessing in comparison!... It was indeed a good decision we didn't even think of going to Middlemore Hospital fearing long times and unempathetic staff and went to Franklin urgent care instead after seeing the good reviews
I went in for a colonoscopy procedure today. The staff from reception to the theatre were all very supportive, friendly and professional. A clean hospital and welcoming environment. Thanks to everyone at Franklin hospital.
I hav an infected bite on the cheek that's so swollen , the pressure is so painful . Making me feel nausea and sick from infection , been here for 2.5 hrz and mentioning I'm 20 weeks pregnant didn't phase the reception staff . . . Plus I've had to arrange child care for my children as the time I was given that id b scenein 2hrz from noon reception now update me there's 6 in front of me . . . Staff here I Hope My baby is ok not like they asked or care.
I went to Franklin hospital for a procedure and was very surprised at the cleanliness of the waiting rooms and friendly & professional staff . My experience was a relaxed one.
