By far the best care I’ve ever received in Auckland. The staff here are genuinely lovely people. Food was delicious too! I couldn’t be more grateful for being transferred to Franklin Hospital for my surgery, as I’ve had countless traumatic experiences at Middlemore & Akl Hospital. 5/5 Stars

Apart from having to wait a real long long long long long time to see a Doctor, I found all the services that the hospital provided me with that day to be phenomenal,from the kind & cheery receptionists to the wonderful nurse whose bedside manner was top notch.
Hands down the best. I've had 2 surgeries here in as many years. Staff are all wonderful, accommodating and professional. I stayed over night after my last surgery. Everything was as comfortable as a hospital can be, good food too. I can't speak highly enough of this facility and would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing hospital and staff. can't thank enough both the wonderful night shift nurse Ostica and the day nurse Megan.
