Such an awesome place to train .Having been part of the fortis family for a few years has developed my mental and physical strength. lots of friendships formed along the way with a great culture in place. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive .Highly recommended .

I moved to Beachlands in January this year. As soon as I discovered Fortis I was allowed a free trial by the owners. Such a great way to meet people being new to the area. Great coaches, friendly members and supportive environment. So glad I found this place!!

I joined FortisFSC in 2020 after the first lockdown. The team made me feel Very welcome and the support you get is second to none with no judgment. The progress I have made with my well-being and fitness is thanks to these guys. There is no words to describe how amazing these guys are. They are soooo supportive and have formed such community. Everything is tailored to you ability making it inclusive for everyone. Definitely 10/10 the best gym/box on the coast.

Great classes supported by coaches looking to help you improve but not break you at the same time. An added bonus that all the members are working to help eachother and have a good time while pushing eachother to get better and stronger.

I had never done CrossFit before but that didn’t matter, the environment is welcoming and coaching is next level. It’s now my second home, keeping me fit and healthy.
