High quality machines, and easy as to sign up, no hassle, no fuss, and maximum gains
Great place. Only downside is some stuff is in pounds and not kgs so it gets super confusing going between the different flex gyms. But it's still 5 stars regardless. Great gym great people. Good gear....lesgo
Been with this gym for 3 years. Very clean gym. Not a huge fan of Skilled athletics taking over apart of the space, now it feels smaller and more restricted to stretching space. And dislike the fact that there are no more free classes like before, now I travel to chartwel for free sessions. Team are friendly and good otherwise

My first experience with flex wasn't great. I turned up for my free consult and no trainer arrived. Got stone walled trying to book a new one, as I was having issues I was offered a free 7 day trail for fast fit. Other than this the gym has a great vibe and atmosphere the view from the cardio machines is amazing and the staff nice.
Always clean and well maintained. Good variety of equipment and open space. Everyone is always friendly here and happy to help where they can.
