There are health and safety concerns at this gym. Buckets filled with dirty water due to roof leaks that have not been attended to in months. There are broken shower handles and missing planks in the ceiling in the warm up area. Gym Wifi hasn't worked in weeks and the staff have no idea when it'll be fixed. Not to mention admin issues with gym access. Terrible experience at this gym, definitely not worth $27 a week.
Very disappointed and awful experiences. I joined the 3 months membership right before a week when the gym announced the the sudden closure. They just emailed me the news and no further actions. I requested a refund by email, but no one responded to me and helped me deal with this issue.
Very disappointing, came into the city early this morning 30/5/22 and this is on the door. Club completely shut and not a soul around all equipment still inside. Still says open on all social media, google maps etc. very lazy from the company not to update these!
For the first time, my husband and I felt comfortable and happy with a gym in Auckland. We are not big fans of exercise and always felt uncomfortable and a little bit "lost" at the gym but on Flex Fitness CBD was completely different. Raissa treated us so well, was so receptive, and is always so helpful and professional that make us want to go to the gym a miracle for us!, follow, and achieve our goals. The place is amazing as well, well equipped, clean, well divided, which helps to not crowd the places where you are working out. Highly recommended!
What’s the procedure to cancel your membership, if you no longer wanna go? Can anyone help me with that pls?
Good assortment of gear and great setup. The manager of the gym is an IFBB judge and knows his stuff bout posing etc also. I only rate this 4 stars just did to how difficult it is to find. Blink, and you'll miss it
Management are not very helpful especially Lucie at Manukau who sure knows how to treat existing loyal customers!
Awesome gym! Hidden away under the Cordis Hotel, it has exceptionally good equipment, perfect layout and the staff are amazing; not only are they polite and friendly but they know the fitness and health industry throughout! Couldn't recommend more.
Great gym, very well taken care of, heaps of equipment for weight training.
