Hi All,
My name is Shannon Donoghue and I am from Whangaparaoa in Auckland. This page will reflect my own personal weight loss & fitness journey, my progress with becoming a qualified personal trainer as well as some great tips along the way.
In 2015 I began my own weight loss journey where I lost a total of 30kgs by changing my lifestyle to include healthier food choices and exercise. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise which lead me to recently completing a diet & nutrition advisor diploma to allow me to help others to live a healthier life.
I am currently completing a certificate in advanced personal training at FIT College which is helping me work towards my goal of being able to help others achieve fitness, weight loss and nutrition goals.
