As a former professional athlete, I’ve been through my fair share of workouts, trainers and gyms.  The programming at Formula Fit is top-notch.  It’s perfectly balanced, constantly varied, and always challenging.  Great community and superb staff.  Highly recommended.

Very friendly, enthusiastic team to be apart of. I joined Formula Fit when I was 3 month after having my first child. I could have asked for a more child friendly and encouraging group of trainers to get me back into what I loved and the body I longed for again. I highly recommend Formula Fit.

Formula Fit has amazing coaches that throughout this lock down period have been so proactive providing an online platform twice daily for members. Such a great family oriented facility that really cares for all of their members.
