Fishbone Kerikeri

This has quickly become one of my favourite places to go in Kerikeri. All the staff apart from one have always been super friendly and smiley, even when they're really busy. The kumara wedges with a side of guacamole are divine and the coffee is great.

Actually open on a Sunday afternoon, FIVE STARS. Spicy chai late was actually spicy, which is a rarity.

Had the savory French toast, the roast was EXTREMELY soggy from the creamy mushroom. Also my poached egg i added on extra was SO watery it basically drowned the toast as well. My food also came out 10 minutes after my entire family had finished their eggs Benedict. Not good.

Excellent food and coffee. Clearly popular with locals and that's the best recommendation you can get.

We dropped in to this cafe and though the staff weren't too bad, but the food was both very average and very expensive!! The portions were on the small side, no real presentation of the meal, bacon was burnt, hardly any sauce either!! Won't be returning to this cafe again in the near future!!!!

Outdoor seating. Great service and food. Caesar salad excellent, even asked if we wanted anchovies in it! Definite stop for food if in Kerikeri
