Delicious home made fishcakes and home made fries, with no added salt so you can add for your own tasting. Nice side salad, dressing could be less sweet.This on a warm plate which keeps the food longer warm. The spot is great and very friendly. Thank you team
The food looks good but not soo delicious. The burger Patti was bit salty . It was better when I had something in few months back .
Got the Eggs Benedict for breakfast. Best ever! Real home made holindaise sauce that was packed full of bite & flavour. Delicious ciabatta toast under 2 perfectly poached eggs. Ample bacon and greens. Perfection on a plate. Very satisfying and enjoyable. Will definitely get again.
We like the nostalgia of the Railway and old engines. Just stopped for drinks. Vibes are relaxed and staff friendly.
The food was pretty poor, as I cut into the egg lots of water came out, wasn’t much table section. The cafe wasn’t really clean either, very expensive for what we got, two children staff was working didn’t know what they were doing, which is a shame but just not ideal.
Nice cheese & ham crossaint with side salad and chutney for $6.50 very reasonably priced. It was a beautiful day to sit an enjoy lunch on the station platform while we watched the train led by Esme the engine. A fresh breeze kept us cool. Olden day service with a smile. Will definitely come back.
The food is lovely - different. They are generous too. Try the black doris plum shortcake - beautiful!
Really enjoyed this cafe. The food is fresh and home made with delious flavours. Thank you Chef good meal and staff are lovely. Well worth a visit!!
Not modern but that is the attraction. Staff are courteous and work to keep the service flowing. Great food. Lots of interesting railway history.
