My friend bought a very expensive boat from Fish City and I have to say the after sale support has been zero. I can not believe how any business could be so dismissive of a customer when in real terms he could be Fish City's best advertising. My thoughts..once they have your money they don't want to know you. not sure if it was Hamilton or Auckland but it's still one brand

Ordered sunglasses. I rang to see if they had been sent. To find out the glasses are not up to standard, did I want a refund. Got them to send a different brand. Still waiting. Chased them up. Aramex picked up 12th November. Customer service is really bad and they where like you should have picked them up re this time of year. Sent 45 minutes chasing courier company. To find they are in there mangere depot. Rang Fish City back they where not bothered,but forget word of mouth on company service Chris hung up on me. In future will not use this supplier or Aramex couriers again. RUDE. My husband was also hung up on by the manager. They have no people skills, unprofessional. No way to run a business. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing. Day 18 still no parcel.

2018 family & I brought a snapper net from this business. Roughly 6 weeks later we pulled net out to relize it was badly knotted. We called them up to explain... We were told to bring it back & we would be given a new one. Once we were there they asked us to leave with them & they would call us with a outcome... we waited 3 weeks without any contact so we called them, They said to come & collect... as we arrived we saw our net still sitting in a bucket out front of their shop, They refused to replace it! They rude guy at the counter spent more time out the back & leaving us unattended for some time. He also made a very rude comment we sell boats here not interested in a maui net would not recommend.

Yeap order a windlass of them 2 day ago. They told me they would have it the next day and that did not happen told me they will have it first thing in the morning the next day that did not happen. Asked for a tracking number that did not happen. They hiding something. Time for a refund Well in the it end my order was in the supplier junk mail. I personally blame covig19 getting rusty there on the emails... But at least the let me pic it up from the supplier... thanks now I have something in front of my boat....

I Purchased a new Figlass lightning from these guys late 2018. I Have had numerous issues from day one, I would definitely not recommend this retailer and this product. From day one -a leaking boat to a control cable failure, transducer incorrectly fitted, Bimini top incorrect stabiliser arms fitted,+ various other poor fitment issues.Fiber glass cracks. Wheel bearing failure. A lot of time and $ wasted in this process .

I have purchased 2 boats and just recently a outboard motor from fish city Albany ,over the years that i have been dealing with them its been a good experience , They were just as good when they sold a boat for me on behalf. There no pressure to buy style could easily be mistaken for a disinterested sales person , i prefer that to a sales person pouncing on you as soon as you get on the yard . Trust me when i say, They are good, Maybe those that needed instant service are hard to please wherever they shop .

Avoid them! I did a purchase and in the time of purchasing the seller emphasized that if this would not fit the purpose, we accept returning, and guess what? the same salesperson said we don't!!

Unexpectedly good service. Had my eye on a boat, few txt messages later and they driving it down to Hamilton for me to inspect. Can't ask for better service than that's and a good sign that their website had accurate photos unlike some dealers I wasted my time with. No photoshop or clickbait listings, top marks for customer service.
