Local, Experienced Fish Smoker with a strong Passion to give you the best smoked fish you have ever tasted!

We at Backyard Smoke firmly believe that good things take time, we apply this idea to our smoking method. Our smoke differs from the rest with traditional application, hours are put into your smoke - short and fast smoke methods are never as good as what we have to offer you.

Your well earn't catch will be smoked to perfection using the best of what nature has on offer here in beautiful NZ. Call it the finest blend of Manuka & Pohutukawa goodness to infuse and enhance the natural flavours of your fish.

Simply leave your catch with us to smoke to perfection - don't set your alarm though, as we say 'Good Things Take Time' ...
We carefully smoke your fish over the required amount of time to get the absolute best results. They are not left alone either... your fish will be checked on regularly during the process, to maintain the accurate required temperature for moist and delicious results.

Your finished product will be vacuum sealed to retain the upmost of freshness and quality. No stressing over meal plans when the goodness is locked in, and good to last until you are ready to indulge!
