Athlete Life assists carded athletes to maximise opportunities and minimise constraints to their success in sport and life
The Athlete Life Programme assists athletes through a process of short and long term planning and decision making and focuses on performance enhancement through a holistic approach.
There are many skills gained as a high performance athlete which can be transfered into life after sport, and the Athlete Life programme being available for six months following an elite athlete’s retirement or decarding. Athlete Life Advisors work with athletes to maximize your opportunities as an athlete, and to assist you to minimize any constraints that might affect your performance as an athlete.
The Athlete Life programme is designed to assist with the athlete’s planning and development of their career as an athlete as well as their other life goals.
