I am in a property of Alex's and have told him about these faults in the house and 8 months later he hasn't done anything about them nor does he answer calls
Recently moved out of a property managed by Fast Rental Ltd and have not received any further communication after being notified of our loss of bond. The company avoids all emails/phone calls and does not make any attempt to provide a further explanation. Do not trust Alex or his associates.
This business, allegedly managed by Alex Li, is not responding to phone inquiries. Mobile numbers elicit voice mail messages only - and so does the land line. What kind of "business" is this?
Do not trust this company.
Recently moved out of a rental supposedly managed by Alex Li however since moving out we haven't received our bond and Alex will not return any calls or emails.
