Good service and fluent communication! To rent a satisfied home doesn't mean that you contact agent and owner at any time. Actually, we only have seen the staffs of their company only a couple of times. But when we moved in, we got a tidy home. When we found something unusual and contacted the agent, we could get the solution very quickly. When we moved out, that was very simple and just left the keys in the house. The agent would co-ordinate the owner and the renter. The key is that both parties were satisfied. Great experience with Aspire and hope we can cooperate in the future.

I would highly recommend Delyse as a Property Manager.  She has been fantastic over the last 4 years and has really looked after us as tenants.  She is incredibly easy to deal with and solves any of our issues very quickly and with the minimum of fuss.  She always keeps us up to date and gives us plenty of notice if any maintenance is required at the property. She is the best property manager I have been with and really cares about the tenants as well as the homeowner.

We've had a few property management companies over the years but Aspire definitely had the best communication by far. Sophie is fantastic and replies to questions and concerns straight away and always works to sort things out asap. It was also fabulous how there were no hidden costs in their management, with no extras added to maintenance costs, etc.

I would highly recommend Aspire group to manage your property. In particular I would like to thank Delyse who is amazing, she has gone out of her way to assist me in finding the right tenant for my property.  She is professional, authentic and kind. I also commend her team with the speed and professionalism in getting things sorted at the property.

Delyse is an amazing property manager. She is very prompt and the communication between us was great. I really appreciated her help in allowing me to be a tenant. Due to previous issues with my rental history, I was not an ideal tenant. Delyse gave me a chance to prove myself and I have been a tenant now for over 6months. Our original agreement was a 6month lease and we were offered another lease. I am forever grateful for her help and support throughout our tenancy.

I’ve always been happy with the service. Kayla Williams is amazing, she is on top of things an her communication is great. Kayla truly cares about the tenants. The Managing Director Mike Atkinson personally deals with emergency situations over weekends. An overall A-Team. Thank you Aspire Properties.

In our case, Aspire Property Management has been the better company that we had been in contact with, and our property manager, Delyse, has been extraordinary!. Diligent, precise, professional, and caring. We have nothing but gratitude to her.

I have been with a few management companies but have to say Delyse is the absolute standout. She has incredible empathy, professionalism and great communication skills. I am very grateful for her support and guidance especially during covid and other hairy situations. You are  a real asset to the company and the reason I recommend Aspire to my friends.

Have had my property managed by Matte & the team at Aspire Property Management in Tauranga for a better part of a year. In this time, I have found them to be great communicators with myself and the tenants and have done a very efficient job of managing the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Having Delyse Gibson as the property manager was a great experience, easy to talk with right from the start and no problems with any issues before and after the move. She's quick to reply calls or messages if unavailable at the time which is exactly what I want and then doesn't muck around with a resolution. She's a real asset. 10/10
