Hi Guys, Really enjoying the training so far. A great variety of exercises and at a fast pace, so no slaking! The 45 mins goes really quick and a really nice group of people at every class. The trainers are very friendly and explain the routines well. All positive and helpful people. Cheers, Anthony

I just finished my 14 day trial and loved it! The staff are supportive, informative and the.many options for classes make it easy to attend daily. Highly recommend if your wanting to improve your fitness, stay healthy and live high intensity workouts! Now it’s time to sign up!

Home away from home! Trainers were super energetic and members incredibly welcoming. Great place to get an intense workout in!

I have tried many, many, many different classes, passes, gyms etc and none have been as effective or fun as F45 Tauranga. The team are lovely, supportive, knowledgeable and most importantly, fun - making the 45 mins fly by. I’m often amazed by how quickly the time has passed. I definitely recommend checking the Tauranga studio out if you’re wanting to reach your goals!

F45 is 10/10 - Best workouts, with variety for all levels, trainers are friendly & knowledgeable! Been a great place to make new friends in the area too!! Highly recommend!!

Awesome gym great leaders and team

If you are looking to get fit and lose some weight then this is the place to go.  Shal and Jess have created a great fun and highly supportive training environment.  The High Intensity F45 training system is awesome and when combined with the F45 diet programme the results are truely incredible. Attend F45 and follow their 8 week challenge and great results are a certainty.
